Sarker A. Bashar (Chairman) Sarker A. Bashar (A. B. M. Hasanuzzaman Sarker) studied Mechanical Engineering at BUET (Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology) before moving to Japan in 1991 under the prestigious Monbusho Scholarship. He later completed his graduation in Information Engineering. With more than eight years of professional experience at a Class One Telecommunication Company in Japan, he gained expertise in network design, customer support, international submarine cable management, and data & IP service operations. Since July 2004, he has been serving as the CEO of ITA Inc. (the parent company of JABA IT Ltd.). Drawing on his strong technical background and leadership experience, he is confident in guiding his teams to deliver the best customer support and provide tailored, accurate solutions that precisely meet client demands.

A.B.M. Asaduzzaman (Managing Director) A.B.M. Asaduzzaman earned his B.Sc. in Engineering from BUET and a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology (PGDIT) from the Institute of Information Technology (IIT), University of Dhaka. He is responsible for the overall management of JABA IT Ltd., ensuring seamless coordination with the Tokyo head office. With over two years of engineering experience in a private firm in Bangladesh and a growing track record in corporate leadership, he has been instrumental in positioning JABA IT Ltd. as a rapidly expanding player in the local market.
